Power of Attorney

If you, as a shareholder, are unable to deal with matters relating to their shares including purchase, sale, issue of instructions to the company, their Bank, etc. personally, for any reason, you may appoint a constituted attorney by executing a Power of Attorney.

The Power of Attorney holder can be authorized to issue instructions on sale of shares, change of address, change of ECS mandate, etc. with respect to their shareholdings.

SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03, 2021 has introduced common and simplified norms for processing investor’s service request by RTAs and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination. Key highlights of the circular are as under:

All holders of physical securities of the Company are mandatorily required to furnish the following documents / details to the RTA i.e. M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited:

1. PAN
2. Nomination
3. Contact Details
4. Bank Account details
5. Specimen Signature

The shareholder can furnish/update the documents/details in duly filled in hard copies of the Forms along with the related self-attested proofs/documents as mentioned in the respective forms to the RTA of the Company namely, M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd at the below mentioned address:

Further, this is to inform you that SEBI, has directed that after 1^st April, 2024, dividend to the shareholders, holding shares in physical form, who have not updated all of the information above viz. PAN, Choice of Nomination, Contact Details, phone/mobile number, email address, postal address, bank account details and specimen signature in the records of the Company, will be paid through electronic mode only after updation of above details in the records of the Company.
