Mr. Rajesh Gupta, a commerce graduate and a distinguished industrialist, brings with him over 35 years of extensive and diversified experience in production, business management, and strategic consultancy across the steel and power sectors. His profound understanding of industry dynamics, coupled with his practical and visionary leadership, has played a significant role in strengthening the Company’s operational capabilities and driving sustainable financial growth.

Over the years, Mr. Rajesh Gupta has demonstrated exceptional acumen in aligning long-term strategic objectives with effective business execution, thereby contributing meaningfully to the organisation’s continued expansion and competitiveness. His rich industry expertise, sound managerial insight, and result-oriented approach have earned him recognition as one of the key driving forces behind the Group’s sustained success and industrial progress.

Mr. Manesh Cherian is a Law Graduate and has an experience of 14 years in the legal field. He has rich experience in litigation relating to corporate matters, Real estate, Redevelopment and SRA Projects. He has good liaisoning skills. He provides a wide range of legal, regulatory and advisory services to many companies and represent their matters/cases before the Court of Law.

Mr. Vikram Shah is a Commerce Graduate, Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate and has an experience of over 40 years in Finance Field. Mr. Vikram Shah is an experienced Finance professional. He has handled various assignments during his professional career, which include Taxation, Financial Planning, Company Law matters etc.

Ms. Mohinder Anand is an Independent Woman Director. She is having immense experience over 38 years in the field of Human Resources. She is having good experience in handling day to day affairs of the company including administration and human resources.

Mr. Sandeep Aole is a Law Graduate having experience of over 20 years in commercial and criminal litigation and arbitration and has argued cases pertaining to disputes arising out of Commercial Contracts, Central Excise law, Service laws and Land Laws before the High Courts and respective subordinate Courts. He also appears in the Supreme Court. He has experience in structuring transactions on Acquisitions and Real Estate.

Mr. Jagannath Dange is a Commerce and Law Graduate, and has done post-graduation in Business Administration Development from Nagpur University, Pune University and Bath University from U.K. He commenced his career as an IAS officer in 1973 in Maharashtra Cadre. He has served for more than 38 years in different positions including District Collector and DM, Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra and Joint Secretary to the Government of India and gained hands-on experience for the management of Government organizations, Public Sector undertakings and NGOs.

Mr. Satish Kumar has completed Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is a mechanical engineering graduate from Delhi University. He was previously associated with Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited (BHEL), ICICI Bank, Turnaround Management Association (TMA) (a Chicago based global firm focusing on recognition of corporate restructuring and turnarounds). His expertise includes financial management, corporate credit with in-depth knowledge of legal framework and in-depth knowledge and understanding of industries operating in iron and steel, infrastructure, auto ancillaries’ sectors.
